Shipping Destinations
I want you to understand the shipping policy. The shipping policy only works for orders shipped to the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom and Italy.
Delivery Time Frames
The timeframes that apply to all orders are shown below:
I see that the order cutoff time is 12:00 AM Los Angeles time. I make sure the team processes orders that come after the order cutoff time, on the business day. Orders that the team processes on the business day can make delivery times a little longer.
I check the processing time. I see that the processing time is one, to two business days Monday, through Friday. After the processing time our shipping partner receives the order.
Shipping duration: Approximately 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday).
Total estimated delivery time: 8–12 business days.
I want you to understand that the delivery times are estimates. The delivery times can change because outside factors can affect the delivery times.
Shipping Fees
Shipping: Free shipping covers all orders shipped to the USA, Canada, the UK and Italy. Shipping does not require a purchase.
Shipping outside these regions: I notice that if shipping fees apply the checkout calculates the shipping fees, for the destination automatically. The checkout then shows the shipping fees before you finish the purchase.
Delivery Problems
If the shipment is delayed, damaged or does not arrive as expected contact the customer support team. I have waited for a shipment. I understand that waiting for a shipment can be stressful. The customer support team will look into the issue. The customer support team will work with you to find a solution.
