Refund policy

Right of Return – 14 Days

Customers can return the products within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers must send back the items that're unused and undamaged. Customers must keep the items, in the condition. Customers must include the packaging, the tags and all the accessories that came with the product. I ask customers to follow these steps.

Dryliss does not charge any restocking fees, for the items you return. You can send back what you do not need without cost.

Return Conditions

Return period: 14 days from receipt of goods

Product condition: Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Packaging: I always make sure the original packaging is there. I also make sure the labels and the accessories are included.

Restocking fee: None

If a return does not meet the conditions the return may be refused. The return may be partially refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items:

Dryliss covers the return shipping costs when the product is faulty. Dryliss covers the return shipping costs when the product is damaged during transit. Dryliss covers the return shipping costs when the product differs from the order confirmation.

Voluntary returns (change of mind):

I want to be clear, about this. If the return is because of preference, like a size, a wrong selection or because the item is no longer wanted the customer must pay the return shipping costs. The original shipping fees are not refundable.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact customer support:

Email info@dryliss.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return authorization:

We will complete the review. You will receive the return instructions by email.

Send the item back:

Securely package the item and ship it according to the provided instructions. Use the recommended carrier if specified.

If you send returns without authorization the company may not accept the returns. I have seen returns sent without authorization get turned down.


Refund Processing

Inspection: I check the returned items soon as the returned items arrive.

Refund issuance: Once approved refund issuance goes back, to the payment method.

Processing time: Your refund usually finishes within 10 business days depending on the payment provider.


Exchanges

Exchanges are possible. You can exchange a size, a color or a different product if the item is, in stock. Contact info@dryliss.com to arrange an exchange before returning the item.

Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns, for some items because of hygiene and safety. We label the items as non‑returnable, on the product page before you buy.
